It has been years since Mike and Kate shared their wedding vows. In all these years of their blissful marriage, the couple has expanded their family from two to five. Moreover, Mike Sullivan’s daughter, Kiley, is the clan’s youngest, whom he and his wife welcomed in 1997. Before her, Kiley Sullivan’s siblings Kaitlin Sullivan and Matt Sullivan, were born in 1992 and 1994, respectively.

The family’s matriarch had a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, which the coach often reminisces fondly. Kiley’s dad has time and again thanked nurses on several occasions.
For instance, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mike thought about the sacrifice and commitment every healthcare worker takes to fulfill a role in the medical community. Growing up, he saw his mother sacrificing for the people, and later, he saw his wife doing the same.
Now, it is Mike Sullivan’s daughter, Kiley, who has followed in her mom and grandmother’s footsteps. After completing formal education at Duxbury High School, she followed her parents’ lead and chose Boston University. The younger Sullivan, who had a Health Science major and Communications minor graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Professions and Related Clinical Sciences.
Furthermore, by the end of her college, Kiley felt the pull toward her mother and grandmom’s profession. So, in 2021, she decided to begin a program at Massachusets General Hospital (MGH) Institute of Health Professions. As per her LinkedIn account, she is currently studying there and will become a registered nurse after earning her nursing license. Mike must be proud of his daughter’s decision.
