Irma Eubanks was remembered by most loved ones for her love of art. She didn’t just love them but she was also a collector. She had a rather stellar collection. At her and Bob Eubank’s ranch in Santa Ynez, they hosted the Peppertree Art Show where hundreds would gather to view the collection.

Irma Eubanks’ husband also participates in rodeos during his spare time. Bob is a gold card member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association to support her husband, Irma handled interior decorating, landscaping, and mounting one to two equestrian shows a year.
