The actress, who worked frequently in British films during the 1950s and 1960s, rose to prominence in 1964 with her portrayal as Bond Girl Jill Masterson in the James Bond film Goldfinger, which earned her an Academy Award nomination. After deciding she wanted to dedicate her time to raising a family, Eaton decided to retire from acting in 1969.
