Charisse Gibson is an American Emmy Award-nominated journalist who was born and brought up in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. Currently, she works at WWL-TV, in New Orleans, LA, as an Anchor and a Host. She joined the WWL-TV team first as a morning desk assistant in 2010.

While at that position, she wrote for the station morning program, before she moved to Mississippi Gulf where she served as a full-time producer for WLOX-TV.
